Puppy Pricing, and Explanation of Payment Intervals

It costs a massive amount to raise a litter of pups, and run a breeding program 

correctly.   After evaluating our Cost / Profit ratio for 2024 and seeing that our total cost to run the program in 2024 came to over $70,000, with the profit we got to keep being less than 1/3 of that amount, we came up with the 2025 pricing.   Prices are not raising a huge amount from 2024 pricing, but they are going up a bit, about $200.  Due to the costs we have to price our puppies accordingly.  These prices are the lowest we can go, if we want to make any profit at all for what we have put into each and every puppy.

Our Puppy Pricing for 2025 litters is

Full Puppy Price: 

$2,585 to $2,650

Kansas Sales Tax, we are required to charge this by our State:

$203 to $213

Payments are made in 3 or 4 payments 

-Full Reservation Fee on Reservation, or 1/2 on 

Reservation, and 1/2 at birth. 

-Middle payment when Puppies are 1 month old

-Final Payment no later than 10 days before puppy

Breeding Rights if we mutually agree to placing a puppy 

in a program as a future breeder.  We are very picky how many puppies we allow breeding rights on.  You must run a reputable program, who completes all health testing, and we do not turn over breeding rights until all health testing is done, and passed.  A Breeding rights contract is required.

-Mentoring, and helping, as you wish to receive it.  On how to run a successful, and

thriving, and ethical, reputable, responsible, breeding program.

Reservation Fees hold your spot in the litter, and the order in which they arrive is also the order of puppy picking.   1st Reservation to arrive for a litter is 1st pick Puppy, 2nd Reservation to arrive for a litter is 2nd pick Puppy ect....

Reservation fees are divided two different ways. 

Pre Birth Reservation Fees for Puppy Picking spots 1-9

$850

This can be paid in full on Reservation, or

It can be paid 1/2 on Reservation $500

and 1/2 at birth $350

Post Birth Reservation Fees for Puppy Picking spots 10 -14

$650

Post Birth Reservation fees are paid in full on reservation 

To help cover the massive amount of expenses that come with raising a litter of puppies. We have a middle payment due at 4 weeks/ 1 month old.  

This Middle payment brings you up to 1/2 of full puppy price paid, by 4 weeks old.   

This payment helps you to have less due at the end, and helps us to cover litter costs such as:

-Food and Feeding supplies, including fading puppy supplements, electrolytes, vitamins,

over the counter meds for upset tummy, perfect poop fixer, formula for added calories

Raw Eggs, Hamburger and Yogurt for first food exposure ect.... 

-Laundry supplies

-Nursery supplies

-New training items for exposure training

-Vet Bills (tail docks, dew claw removal, illnesses, C-Section for mom)

-Health Supplies like Dewormer, and 1st treatment of Flea and Tick tx

-Grooming Supplies

-AKC Litter Registration costs

-Ordering Microchips

-Ordering items for Puppy go home bags   

-Among other litter costs as well. 

approx: $580 for Pre Birth reservations 1-9

approx: $780 for Post Birth reservations 10 -14

Final Puppy payments are the same for Pre Birth, and Post Birth Reservation spots.  So all puppy spots 1-14 will pay the last 1/2 of their full puppy price total on this final puppy payment.   Unless they have paid their puppy off much sooner, which does often happen.
